4 Easy-to-Assemble Double Shelf SE Couplers with compatible shank (1975-current).
For assembly instructions go here. These coupler kits do
not include draft gear. Compatible draft gear is available from Smoky Mountain Model Works,
Kadee, or in our O scale draft gear box range.
Usage and compatibility notes
Full-size character in 1:48. Our O scale couplers are investment cast in small batches, with top- and bottom-operating details and manufacturer stampings that reward a closer look.
Compatible shanks are designed for draft gear boxes used with Kadee #740, #745, #804 and #805 couplers. Check the fit, swing and height on your particular model. For a more detailed installation, see our DGB48 box below or the boxes offered by Smoky Mountain Model Works.
